- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or purchased from third-party sellers.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions or ship a replacement, depending on your preference and eligibility.

Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other valid returns (such as unused, sealed items), the customer may be responsible for return postage.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, you will need to follow the refund procedure outlined above.
Non-Refundable Situations
