Orders confirmed before 9 a.m. Pacific Time on business days are processed the same day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99 on orders below $49.99 and free on orders of $49.99 or more.

• Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping.
• The applicable shipping rate is shown at checkout. Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping.

All products, including an optional cream add-on, count toward the threshold at their price after discounts. No minimum purchase is required to place an order.

• You will receive a tracking number via email
• You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website
